Letters to God? What's that supposed to mean?!

We all write to God is away. But we usually call the prayers. From a young age, I thought that the phrase "Dear God" sounded like the beginning to a letter, so I wrote to Him. I filled pages with the words for the Best Friend in my life. And then I grew up, leaving the childlike faith behind me, and I left the correspondence off. In more ways than one. But now I've begun to try and recapture the faith I held before, and here's where you can follow my journey...
